Clean and bright Ruby red. Raspberry pink undertones.
Low production vineyards. Northern limit zone for cultivation of the red varieties. The vines, planted on clay soils fresh calcareous, have never been treated with chemicals of synthesis.
Fresh and fruity, with great intensity. The first impression is red fruits (raspberry and small wild strawberries) and delicate nuances floral carnations. After a few minutes of aeration, citrus, ripe tangerine, melon and tropical fruits.

Crisp, fruity attack, very fresh and clean. The step is between sweet and acid very sweet with soft citrus notes, white fruits (melon) and "baubles".
