Grenache.
Intense cherry color with lively violet hues. Medium layer, clean and with dense tears.
VINEYARD
NOSE
Organic farming vineyards, low production. Located on the northern border, covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia Vineyard Organic farming on fresh calcareous clay soils
It has a medium intensity. Pleasant, clean and elegant red berries, licore and sweet spices
HARVEST
PALATE
The harvest began on October 20. Manual harvest and cluster selection table.
Pleasant, elegant and medium bodied. Medium acidity, soft and well integrated tannins. With notes of red fruits and pepper that were already appreciated on the nose. Balanced, with harmony and pleasant aftertaste.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation during 12 days at 23ºC and two daily pump overs.
