VISUAL
Grenache Blanc.
Pale, clean and bright. White gold tones and lime green nuances
VINEYARD
NOSE
Organic farming vineyards, with little production, located in the Yerril Valley, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on cool calcareous clay soils, they have never been treated with synthetic chemicals.
Tropical fruits, passion fruit, pineapple, mango with citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine refreshed with soft notes of mint.
HARVEST
PALATE
Manual harvest of selected grapes,begi.ning in early September Selection of bunches.
Fresh acidity, new fruits such as peach and apple and on the horizon the saline memory of the Cantabrian Sea.
WINEMAKING
Pressing and fermentation at low temperature (16ºC) to preserve all the aromas and freshness of the grape.
