VINEYARD

NOSE

Organic farming vineyards, low production. Located on the northern border, covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia The vines are planted on cool calcareous clay soils, which have never been treated with synthetic chemicals.

Very ripe fruit, notes of quince, honey and dried apricot.

HARVEST

PALATE

Late harvest to reach high levels of sugar concentration (potential 19 degrees). Manual collection on December 5.

The freshness of its high acidity contrasts with the sweetness of the 100 grams of residual sugar, which makes it a sweet wine that is not heavy, leaving a long finish in the mouth with hints nutty.

WINEMAKING

The high sugar levels cause the alcohol level that naturally stops the fermentation, leaving behind as much as 100 g/l residual sugar.
