VARIETIES
VISUAL
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Grenache.
Deep tones, purple and blood, very clean, of great intensity and brilliance.
VINEYARD
NOSE
Organic farming vineyards, low production. Located on the northern border, covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia The Vines, planted on fresh calcareous clay soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals.
Ripe fruits, pear compote and sweet apple and quince. Compelling nose of ripe red fruits, plums, cocoas and dried leaves in the back ground.
HARVEST
PALATE
The harvest took place in October. Manual harvest and cluster selection table.
Tasty, agile and with well integrated tannins. Perfect harmony between alcohol and acidity. The fresh and meaty finish.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation and maceration during 18 days at 26ºC.
