Their priority is to carefully prepare each dish, by taking advantage of seasonal offers from Navarre livestock and Cantabrian Sea to create a delicious, simple and high quality meals.

Our menu changes every day, depending the seasonal offer of ingredients. We are using vegetables from our own garden, located in the middle of the vineyard in the foothills of the winery. The cherry on the top are our wines, produced in the winery, which perfectly accompanied the dishes.
