VARIETIES AND ALCOHOL CONTENT
Located on the northern border, covered by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andia. Organic farming on fresh calcareous clay soils.
Manual harvest of selected grapes, at the middle of October. Selections of berries at the sorting table.
Short maceration, only 5 days with the minimum possible intervention. The malolactic fermentation takes place in a 12,000 litre vats.
Settle for 10 months in containers made with noble materials so they do not influence or alter the characteristics of the wine.
Light purple and raspberry colour wine. Several nuances appear providing it an attractive and mysterious character.
The floral notes -rose petals- together with red fruits and some spices mix resulting in a wide aromatic range. On the palate, it is an elegant wine with a pleasant tannin and a persistent aftertaste. It is a fresh, balanced wine that is long on the palate.
In a wine like Le Naturel reposado – wine without added sulfites, the correct conservation is very important. The best way to keep it is at a stable temperature below 16ºC.
